Originally a three day event with 200 horses,
the schedule now covers six days, houses over
800 stalls, and features the best hunter/jumper
horses and riders in the country. The Chronicle
of the Horse, the recognized leader in horse
show publications, ranked the Traders Point
Hunt Charity Horse Show as one of the five best
in the United States. The other four are the
Devon, the Pennsylvania National, Washington
International and Meadowlands. Last but not
least, in the past 20 years, the show has donated
more than $800,000 to charity.
With this year’s Country Fair, the color
and pageantry of the hunters and the crowd-tingling
excitement of the jumpers, the 31st anniversary
of the Traders Point Charity Horse Show promises
to be a truly outstanding sporting event.
